Private Party General Guideline

Private Dining @ Chez Shea / Lounge

General idea of the cost is shown below;

Dining Room	34	$2,200	Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres can be served in the bar area preceding luncheon or dinner in the dining room for $100 per hour.
Lounge	20	$1,200	Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the bar area followed by sit-down style luncheon or dinner in the dining area of the lounge.

Minimum cost does not include State's Sales Tax (9.5%) and gratuity (18%). There is no room charge.
All beverages are charged by the glass or bottle.
We are available for private parties for luncheon and dinner, but not available on Fridays and Saturdays.
Our deposit policy is one third of the minimum, due upon booking.
In the event of cancellation, notice must be received no later than 10 days from the date of the reserved event for a refund of the deposit.
No private party reservations are taken for Fridays, Saturdays and special holidays.

If you prefer additional courses or special ingredients, we will be happy to accommodate your requests based on availability.
